World Water Polo Coaches Association kick starts year of 2016

World Water Polo Coaches Association, following its own vision to promote the sport of water polo while leading and elevating profession of coaching around the world, held its first Coaching Clinics in Cairo (Egypt) and Belgrade (Serbia) in January. The attendance of all 3 clinics was very impressive (together of around 200 members) and very inspiring for the future of WWPCA.

WWPCA is excited to announce that Dejan Savic was awarded the WWPCA 2015 Best Men’s Coach. Dejan is the current the World and European Champion. The World Trophy was awarded in front of 11,000 fans in the Kombank Arena, during the LEN European Championship thanks to cooperation between LEN and WWPCA. WWPCA is delighted that Dejan will be the featured expert at the next WWPCA clinic in Malta (February 19-21, 2016). The WWPCA 2015 Best Women’s Coach trophy has been won by Adam Krikorian who led Team USA to the FINA World League and FINA World Championships gold medal in 2015. The award ceremony for this trophy will be announced soon.
WWPCA is working hard to organize clinics in both Gouda (Netherlands) and Trieste (Italy) during the Olympic Qualification Tournaments for both women and men.
