Srdjan Tomic - The first round of the Serbian Championship was played during the last weekend with the derby game between LEN Euro Cup quaterfinalists Red Star and Champinos league participant Vojvodina from Novi Sad being cancelled because of electricity cut backs by the local government due to severe weather conditions. The game will be played on 22 February, as was announced today. Meanwhile, record champion Partizan easily rolled past Banjica 14-9 while ZAK, with new head coach Igor Gocanin, lost to Beograd 7-13.
