Champions League title holder Partizan Belgrade has won the Tom Hoad Cup, played in Perth, Australia, last Saturday defeating the Australian team Fremantle Mariniers in the final 11-9. The Serbs, playing without their internationals who are in preparation for the upcoming European Championships, saw Milos Vukicevic scoring three goals while occasional player and Australian international Aaron Younger (Szeged) scored four for the Mariniers. The Barbarians captured the bronze medal gaining a 9-7 win over the national team of Japan. The win concluded a very successful year for Partizan in which they won the EuroLeague, Serbian national Cup, Serbian national Championship, and more recently the European Super Cup.Tom Hoad Cup
