European championships to open Olympic season

The days of lonely waterpolo years are over for more than a decade, but the first top events of the Olympic year will already take place in January this time. For the first time in history, the European Championships to be held 16-29 January in Eindhoven, Netherlands are scheduled at the beginning, and the Asian Olympia Games Tournament will be held almost at the same time at Chiba, Japan.
